Protection grade: IP55 (With dust and water resistance, suitable for humid environments)
Working conditions: Maximum water temperature 60℃, maximum pressure 1MPa (approximately 10 kilograms of water pressure)
2. Core Components and Design
Stainless steel pump head: Corrosion-resistant and not prone to rust, suitable for media such as tap water and clean water
Automatic control box: Equipped with "Power on (powered on), Pump on (pump running), Failure (fault)" indicator lights, it can automatically start and stop (according to water pressure/water flow), and prompt when there is a fault
Sealed junction box + heat dissipation design: The sealed junction box prevents leakage, and the motor heat sink + heat dissipation fan cover ensures long-term operation stability
Fixed base: It can be fixed through the base during installation to reduce operational vibration
3. Main uses
Household tap water pressure boosting (Solving insufficient water pressure in high-rise and remote areas)
Water supply circulation for small villas/shops
Scenarios such as garden irrigation and pumping water from small ponds
List of installation steps for self-priming booster pumps
Select a location that is well-ventilated, dry and convenient for maintenance. Fix the pump body through the reserved holes on the base with expansion bolts to prevent resonance during operation.
Pipeline connection
The water inlet is connected to the tap water or water storage equipment, and the water outlet is connected to the water pipeline. It is recommended to install valves at the inlet and outlet for convenient maintenance in the future.
Wrap PTFE tape around the pipe joints or install sealing rings to ensure a seal without leakage.
The power supply should be connected to 220-240V mains electricity and a leakage protection switch should be matched. When wiring, distinguish between live wire, neutral wire and ground wire to ensure a firm grounding and prevent leakage.
To check the exhaust, open the inlet and outlet valves, unscrew the exhaust screw at the top of the pump body, fill the pump with water until there are no bubbles coming out of the exhaust port, and then tighten the exhaust screw.
Trial operation and commissioning
Connect the Power supply and observe the status of the indicator lights: After power-on, the Power on light is on. After the Pump starts, the Pump on light is on. If there is no Failure fault light, it is normal.
During operation, check for any leakage in the pipelines, abnormal noise from the pump body, and test whether the water pressure meets the expected effect.
Regularly clean the filter screen at the water inlet for daily protection to prevent blockage by impurities. When the pump is not in use for a long time, the power supply and valves should be turned off and the accumulated water in the pump should be drained.
