Usage Note

Dough Prep:
- Hydration ratio: 1:4.2 (summer) / 1:4.5 (winter).
  Note: Adjust based on flour type or regional climate.
- Knead until smooth; shape into 1cm-thick strips matching noodle outlet width.

Operation:
- Dust dough strips with flour, insert into outlet.
- Fill flour hopper; press forward switch to start.
- Skins are ready for immediate use.

Mold Change:
- Reverse switch → Push mold forward → Turn off → Replace mold.

Due to manual measurement, product dimensions may have a 1-3cm tolerance.
