Product Description:
This product is a super capacitor energy storage type spot welding machine. It is mainly used for spot welding 18650 and other batteries. The practical thickness of the nickel strip can reach 0.25mm, and the maximum welding thickness is 0.3mm. Its powerful welding capability allows it to weld 0.1mm thin copper sheets at the total output terminals of the battery pack, thereby increasing its overcurrent capacity.
1: The peak data of the dual-pulse welding current can be read to monitor the magnitude of each output current.
2: It can automatically sense when the welding needle comes into contact with the nickel strip and automatically output pulses. It can also be connected to a foot switch.
3: An internal high-power equalization circuit is built-in to ensure that the voltages of the two batteries are equal, protecting the capacitors.
4: The intelligent fan temperature control strategy ensures that the fan stops rotating when the voltage is fully charged, prolonging the lifespan of the bearings.

1: Safety
This capacitor spot welding machine is equipped with both a single-chip microcontroller control system and a hardware balancing circuit. Based on our mature control technology, the super capacitor with a 5.6V withstand voltage can operate stably at 5.0V for a long time, leaving sufficient margin to avoid overvoltage. The 10MOs tube array is controlled for discharge. Each output can be seen on the LCD screen. Before leaving the factory, the welding machine must undergo multiple processes such as welding, calibration, and short-circuit testing to ensure that it can be used directly without adjustment.
2: High Performance
The characteristic of supercapacitors is extremely low internal resistance. By combining a meticulously designed structure and dual pulses, it can achieve an incredibly high performance. The 35-pin configuration can weld 0.3mm nickel strips, and can only use medium settings to assemble industrial-grade battery packs for 0.25mm nickel-plated steel strips and 0.2mm pure nickel strips. It is reassuring. (The 2100A current is measured using an oscilloscope in conjunction with an ammeter probe, and there is no doubt.)
3: Operability
Thanks to the structure of the energy storage welding machine, the built-in high-performance American Microchip single-chip microcomputer can adjust the output current in 250 power levels. The knob rotates quickly/slowly corresponding to different step levels of 1/0.1 milliseconds, enhancing the customer experience to the level of the output. Moreover, it is equipped with two settings: automatic trigger and foot switch, which can be suitable for DIY and batch assembly scenarios.
