Usage and Maintenance

I. Before Use:

1. Check if the machine's appearance is intact, if all components are installed properly, and if the machine is reliably grounded.

2. Remember to wash the vegetables you are cutting. If hard objects such as stones are mixed into the material bucket, they will damage the knife.

3. Before starting the machine, make sure there are no foreign objects in the material bucket. After the motor is running normally, put in the vegetables.

4. After using this machine, please clean the material cylinder and the knife thoroughly in time to avoid residue from blocking the knife and affecting the next use. The material cylinder can be wiped with a damp cloth and then placed in a ventilated and dry place for storage.

II. Precautions:

1. Users who self-assemble the motor should pay attention to the issue of motor rotation direction.

2. Please place the machine in a safe location where children cannot reach. Please ensure the power is cut off before storage to avoid accidents.

3. After starting the machine, do not put your hands or non-vegetable items into the material cylinder to avoid damaging the knife or affecting personal safety.

4. Do not allow multiple people to operate this machine at the same time to avoid safety accidents.

5. Do not run the machine without load for a long time.

6. When not in use for a long time, remove the blade, clean the impurities between them, and apply oil for storage.

7. The kitchen environment is complex. Be careful not to let the electric model motor get wet. To prevent electric shock hazards, the machine can be washed with water when the head is placed upside down.

The manual model can be washed throughout.

8. The blade head of the slicer contains sharp blades. Avoid direct contact with your fingers.

9. After starting the electric model, do not put your hands into the machine. Avoid children touching it when placing it.

10. The thickness of the sliced material is approximately 2.5mm. It is not recommended to adjust the blade thickness privately (it has been debugged and calibrated at the factory) to avoid hitting the blade head.
