How to use the machine:

1. Power on, the red indicator light is on

2. Rotate the temperature adjustment switch to the maximum, the green indicator light is on, and the heating for 10s-20s can start to work.

3. If the novice or the strength is not well controlled, it is recommended to add a few drops of high-temperature lubricating oil, without adding too much. The function can lubricate and prevent viscose, and pay attention to preventing burns (we do not match this lubricating oil, because it cannot be transported, customers need to buy it themselves)

4. Put the caliper down, adjust the width well, not too tight

5. First heat and position one end of the edge banding strip, then jam the edge banding strip and heat it again. Slow down and position the strip.

6. Put away the caliper and gently heat it back and forth several times, depending on the specific situation

7. Squeeze back and forth with the pressure wheel at the back of the machine to help fix it.

Warm Tips:
1. Applicable edge banding: Only applicable to edge banding with hot melt adhesive on the back.
2. There may be a slight odor when the machine is heated for the first time, which is normal. It is recommended to use it in a well-ventilated environment. After a short period of use, this phenomenon will disappear on its own.
3. The temperature of the heating plate is high during operation, please do not touch it to avoid burns.
4. Select matching edge banding according to the material and thickness of the edge banding to reduce the workload of trimming and ensure the edge banding effect.
5. Adjust the temperature according to the material and thickness of the edge banding. It is recommended to control it at around 200-250℃.

6. If you don't understand the operation for the first time, you can apply lubricant on the heating plate to prevent sticking and lubrication. (Since logistics prohibits the transportation of liquids, we do not provide lubricants.)
