When in use, confirm whether the nozzle is clogged with foreign objects. Adjust the rear knob properly (avoid it being adjusted too tightly or too loosely), to prevent the spray gun from failing to discharge water or having weak water flow.
When treating oil stains, spray from the outside inward; use the spray pressure to force the oil stains out.
The correct spray distance is 10–20 centimeters. Adjust the pressure and spray distance appropriately according to the thickness and density of the object being sprayed, to avoid damaging the object (e.g., fabrics). (A curved nozzle tip can be replaced, but no curved tube is included with the machine.)
The intensity of the spray can also be controlled by the rear adjustment cap behind the gun head, based on the needs of the object being sprayed: turning it left increases the intensity, while turning it right decreases it (this will reduce the amount of liquid sprayed).
Maintenance instructions:
• When dealing with oil stains, spray from the outside in. Use the spray pressure to expel the oil stains.
• The appropriate spray distance is 10 to 20 centimeters. Adjust the pressure and spray distance according to the thickness and density of the object being sprayed to avoid damaging it, such as fibers. (You can replace the curved nozzle head but the machine does not have a curved pipe component, oh)
• The strength of the spray can also be controlled by the rear adjustment cap behind the gun target. Turning left increases the strength, turning right reduces it. (Less liquid is sprayed out)
• To extend the lifespan of the spray gun and not affect your company's work efficiency, please maintain your spray gun for a few minutes after use. First, completely discharge the liquid in the spray gun. Add a little lubricating oil to the oil injection hole at the top of the No.1 aluminum gun body.
• If the spray gun malfunctions, check it according to the disassembly diagram. If there is rust, remove the rust with rust remover and add lubricating oil to make it work smoothly.
Operation and Maintenance Instructions:
This product has undergone rigorous testing before leaving the factory. When repairing the spray gun, one should understand the overall structure of the spray gun. The structure is mostly continuous. Additionally, the following are common situations where the spray gun fails to function properly due to abnormalities: power supply issues, split in the nozzle outlet, cylinder jamming, rusted and broken large spring, or unstable positioning of the rear adjustment cap, etc.
Basic inspection and maintenance:
● If it needs to be disassembled by yourself, please disconnect the power supply first.
● If there is a power short circuit, please check the power cord, switch and coil.
● If the solution sprayed by the spray gun does not flow in a continuous line and has branches, it indicates that there is an object inside the nozzle. You should disassemble it for inspection and use a fine needle to remove the object.
● When the cylinder is stuck and cannot move (related to the use of liquids such as water, stain remover oil, etc., which can easily cause the front hitting rod to get stuck), it will cause the spray gun to only have the sound of the motor but no resonance sound produced by the spring, thus not being able to spray water. At this time, you should replace the entire cylinder group.
• The large spring rusts and breaks. When the spray gun is used normally, the solution sprayed is only 1/3 of the normal amount, and there is a intermittent phenomenon. You should replace the large spring.
• The rear adjusting cap is not positioned properly. The so-called improper positioning means that the adjustment distance is too close or too far. The cylinder group should be in line with the rear adjusting cap. If the adjustment is too close, it can easily cause the gun body to have a smaller sound and a small amount of solution sprayed. On the contrary, if the adjustment is too far, it can easily cause the gun body to have a louder sound and a noisy situation, and the sprayed solution will not be concentrated. At this time, you should adjust the rear adjusting cap and the adjusting hitting ring to cooperate with each other.
• The adjusting ring is used to adjust the cylinder group to enable the front hitting rod to be positioned properly. During adjustment, you need to inspect the speed of water absorption and the amount of water output.
