About this item
- 【HIGH QUALITY MATERIALS】This practical dial torque wrench is made of alloy steel, iron with the electroplating process and aluminum with the one-piece die-casting process, which is highly wear-resistant, corrosion-resistant, high-strength and tough. The handle with a non-slip surface makes it less likely to slide when gripped for more stable and convenient operation.
- 【HIGH PRECISION TORQUEMETER】The accuracy is up to ±3%, which avoids the error of manual estimation to improve the working efficiency and enhances the security of equipment or workers. The dial with a clear scale and distinct numeric font make it easy to read the torque value. Black measurement pointer and yellow reading pointer make the operation more convenient and intuitive and avoid unnecessary losses caused by misjudgment.
- 【TORQUE PEAK MEMORY】0-100 N.m torque measurement range makes it adaptable to a wider range of usage scenarios. The torque peak memory function can record previous torque peaks on the dial for easy viewing by the user, making the operation more convenient and precise.
- 【WIDE APPLICATION】It can be carried in a kit for torque measurements anywhere and anytime. It is suitable for fastener torque testing where high accuracy is required and can be used for the machining field, automobile repair field, aviation field, heavy industry field, etc.
- 【SLEEVE & SCREWS REPLACEABLE】The torque meter is easy to adapt to a wider range of usage scenarios by changing different sleeves and screws, such as hexagon sleeve, cross sleeve, one-shaped sleeve, external hexagon sleeve; external hexagon screw, internal hexagon screw, cross head screw, one-shaped screw on the square mortise and tenon. The sleeves and screws are not included, so you need to purchase them yourself.
Package includes:
1 x Dial Indicator Torque Wrench + 1 x Storage Box
How to Install Sleeve:
1.Prepare the required sleeves (not included).
2.Put a section of the sleeve on the square tenon.
3.Put the screw into the sleeve.
4.Manually trigger the handle to read the torque.
How to Use:
- Set the pointer to zero before use.
- When using the right/left hand, turn the knob above the dial counterclockwise/clockwise so that the yellow reading pointer is tight against the black measurement pointer; rotate the housing to zero the yellow reading pointer.
- When using, apply a slow and steady tightening force until the yellow reading pointer is at the desired torque value.
- When the force stops, the black measurement pointer automatically returns to the zero position and the yellow reading pointer remains at the indicated scale value, allowing accurate reading of the torque value. Turn the knob above the dial to return the yellow reading pointer to the zero position for the next use.
