Commercial Slag Separated Soybean Milk Maker Soybean Grinding Machine 1100W

Method of use:

1. When received the machine, do not plug in. First touch the aluminum basin on the slag outlet, make sure it can be turned. If it can't be turn, please turn the round wheel to coarse, till the aluminum basin turned, can be plug in the power.

2. After power on, adjust the grinding wheel slowly towards the direction of the fineness. When you hear the sound, such as: squeak, rustling. Please add soybean and water slowly into the funnel. (if the bean dregs is a little coarse during the grinding process, you can adjust it fineness. Be careful not to overturn, otherwise it will jam the aluminum basin and cause motor burn out)

3. Soybean requirement: In the summer, please put soybean into water for soaking more than 2-4 hours in advance. In the winter, do it for more than 4-6 hours in advance. (Must use cold water for soaking the soybean, do not use hot and warm water)

4. According to the formula: 0.5kg wet beans with 1.5kg water.

Clean the machine:

1. Open the lock buckle, take off the upper cover, and wash it with water.

2. Unscrew the screw of shaft, take off the grinding wheel and the aluminum basin, wash it with water.

3. Please use a bowl cover the center of shaft avoiding the motor into water, and wash it with water. Last wipe off water stains with a towel.

Notice:

1. Before pluging in, the machine cover must be closed and locking the buckle, and the aluminum pan should be operation flexible.

2. First plug in, adjust to fine (rotation right) and then add water and beans.

3. First cut off the water supply, adjust to coarse (rotation left) and then cut off power.

4. To ensure safety, please connect the ground cable.
