When using, the air vent nut should be opened, the switch on the oil collection block should be turned on, the power supply should be plugged in, and the quick connector should be placed on the quick head of the matching hydraulic tool. Press the power switch. Wait for the motor to rotate for 1-2 minutes. Then turn off the switch and set it to the pressurization state. At this time, the output hydraulic oil will perform various tasks. The output hydraulic oil will automatically increase pressure with the increase of the load to perform various tasks until 70 Mpa. After the work is completed, turn on the switch to unload. Wait for the hydraulic oil to return to the reservoir, then remove the quick connector, tighten the air vent nut, unplug the power cord, and turn off the switch.
When this pump is equipped with other hydraulic tools, it can perform various tasks such as lifting, forming, bending pipes, bending outlets, straightening, shearing, assembly, disassembly, etc.
Attention:
①. The high-pressure hose enters the factory and undergoes a 105Mpa test. However, due to the tendency of the rubber hose to age, users need to frequently check it. Generally, it should be checked every 6 months, and for frequent use, every 3 months. During the inspection, a 87.5Mpa pressure test is conducted. If there are any damages, bulges, or leakage, it cannot be used.
②. The pump has been adjusted before leaving the factory. It cannot be adjusted arbitrarily. When it needs to be adjusted again, a pressure gauge must be used.
③. During use, if the motor temperature is too high, it should be stopped and cooled down before using again.
④. Before starting the electric pump, the air release nut should be opened, and the switch should be placed in the unloaded position.
⑤. The working oil temperature is between 10 degrees Celsius and 50 degrees Celsius. ⑥. Every time adding or changing the oil, a filter screen with a mesh size of 80 or above must be used for filtration. When replacing the oil, the oil tank must be cleaned.
⑦. The storage capacity of the oil must be within the range above the oil window. ⑧. Bearings should be cleaned once every 6 months, and lubricating grease should be added during assembly.
