How to Use

Before powering on, set the strong/weak switch to the middle position “O”.

After turning on the power, press the power switch (the power indicator light is on), choose strong vibration or low vibration, and place the gypsum model that needs to be shaken on the vibration disk.

Turn on the adjustment knob, adjust clockwise to increase vibration intensity, and counterclockwise to decrease vibration intensity.

After the model oscillation is completed, turn off the knob to stop vibration and remove the model for use.

Please note that the model is not included in the packaging.

Please place the item on a flat surface. When adjusting the density, it should be adjusted in small amplitudes, slowly from small to large or from large to small

Please note that the power supply used for the oscillator should be reliably grounded. Please cut off the power and scrub the surface of the body in time after use to prolong the service life.

When the vibration noise suddenly increases during work, accompanied by abnormal sounds, it may be due to abnormal clearance between the vibration platform and the transformer. You need to cut off the power supply, peel off the rubber platform, turn the device upside down, and use a cross screwdriver to remove four M6 screws to separate the vibration platform from the body. Then check each of the four vibration columns for looseness or improper height.
