I. Product Introduction and Application Scope

The MB460/2.5 diaphragm pump is a new plant protection and sanitary disinfection pump developed with advanced foreign technology. It features high working pressure, stable water outlet pressure, large flow, corrosion resistance, compact structure, easy operation and maintenance, and can run idly, with a wide application range. It can be matched with power equipment like motors, diesel engines, etc., to form various sprayers and mist sprayers. It is widely used in disease and pest control, spraying liquid fertilizers and herbicides in fields, orchards, forests and urban gardens. It can also be used for small farmland drainage and irrigation, mountain water diversion, underground pipeline spraying, vehicle cleaning, sanitary disinfection, chemical liquid delivery and environmental protection.

It is suitable for:

Agricultural crops and horticulture (water pumping, washing, dyeing)

Sanitary and epidemic prevention disinfection

It is not suitable for:

Solutions with density/viscosity higher than water, chemically incompatible solutions, high-salinity solutions, fuels, lubricants, flammable liquids/gases, human-use liquids, solvents, thinners, paints, liquids above 40°C or below 5°C, and liquids with particles/solids/suspensions.

Spraying on humans, animals, electrical appliances, delicate objects, or the pump itself.

Accessories not configured or approved by the manufacturer.

III. Working Principle

The pump consists of pump body, crankshaft, connecting rod, piston, rubber diaphragm, pressure regulating valve, pump cover, inlet/outlet valves, etc. The diaphragm separates the oil storage and liquid delivery cavities, enabling idling. When the piston moves, a vacuum is formed to suck liquid, and then the liquid is pressurized to discharge. The uniform suction and discharge ensure stable outlet pressure.

IV. Note

Read the manual carefully and ensure safe operation. Do not let children or unauthorized persons use it. Stop using if the pump is damaged, leaking, or has broken parts and get professional maintenance.

Do not leave during operation, especially in places with children or the elderly. Wear protective equipment. Do not spray high-pressure water on people, animals, electrical appliances or power equipment. Do not use it to clean clothes/shoes or spray asbestos/harmful substances.

Use manufacturer-approved accessories. Do not modify installation conditions. Install power equipment by qualified personnel; internal combustion engines should not be used in closed rooms.

Before use, add specified lubricating oil (CT40 diesel engine oil) and check oil level. Check for ice in low temperatures. Ensure pipe connections are reliable; use matching suction strainers and avoid pipe bends.

When using pesticides, follow chemical instructions, wear protection, and spray with the wind. Do not exceed max working pressure and speed. Maintain moving parts after assembly. Clean the pump with water after use and drain water in winter.

Change lubricating oil every season or 300 hours. Store in a cool, dry place, clean surface, and drain remaining water.
