Step one:

Screw out the adjusting knob and take out the bell shaped turtle head seat

Step two:

Put the bell shaped glans base into the prepuce, cover the glans with the bell cover, place the bell edge on the coronal groove and level with it, and fix the prepuce on the pull rod properly.

Step three:

The pull rod is inserted into the central hole of the ring cutter, and the adjusting screw is screwed in place

The plane of the pull rod tail is flat with the back of the adjusting knob, and it can be tightened when it feels loose

Step four:

Take out the insurance buckle.

Step five:

Press the handle to hit the circular cutter.

Step six:

Screw out the adjusting screw, gently take out the instrument and the cut foreskin. If a few of them are not completely cut off, they can be properly trimmed with scissors.

Principle:

the operating principle of anastomat is similar with that of stapler. through a mechanical driving device,anastomat will be put into a module in advance. after pass through two layers of tissues, the suturing nail of single -use prepuce cutting anastomat will be blocked by the front pin-resisting seat and bent inward to make two layers of tissues nailed together. the suturing nail is made of 316L stainless steel ;it has a relative good biocompatibility . as suturing nails are lined up with equal distance and suturing tightness is appropriate . thus ,the defects that the manual suture is too sparseor too dense and that the ligation is too tight or too loose can be avoided ,which not only guarantees the good healing of tissues,but also largely shortens the operation time.

After a circumcision, doctors will apply petroleum ointment over the wound and wrap the baby's penis in gauze to keep the wound from sticking to his diaper (unless the doctors have used the Plastibell method, which requires no dressing). Your baby will usually be brought to you shortly after the procedure.
